In 2018, we started writing for fellow men and addressing what the Bible says about money (and other awesome stuff). It’s been years now, and we’ve recorded over 250 podcast episodes (which have been downloaded hundreds of thousands of times in dozens of countries around the world–trust us, our minds boggle just like yours at that one), we’ve published a Goals Summit Guide (helping you get away with your spouse to dream and pray about next year’s family goals) a Family Vision guide (so that you and your spouse can discern “WHY does God have US on planet earth? What’s our vision for what we’re supposed to be doing?”), and distributed everything we could get our hands on that would help dads lead their homes and dough like Biblical bosses! Our little chick under the orange light incubator is quickly growing into a squawking, wings-a-flapping, real, live chicken bird. (Was that a strange metaphor? Maybe.) Anyway, we’re pleased and… a mite overwhelmed.

In order to grow up with our ever-changing Wallet, we’ve needed to make practical changes, like: improved equipment, better digital platforms, better editing, and official branding work. We now have dreams to expand in other arenas (feature-length documentaries, other podcasts covering other arenas, physical book publishing, area-wide meetups with like-minded men who want equipping and inspiration), and well as continuing to expand what we’re already doing (like with, say, a social media presence manned by someone who actually knows that world). We have dreams of an online merchandise store (who wouldn’t love some Biblical Boss gear!?) and of paying all the pros to design and manage and execute said dreams. We’ve happily seen and heard about the impact this effort (can we call it a ministry? We’d like to. Let’s call it a ministry) is having on fathers (and future dads, and wives, and friends of all of them) and we want to expand the cords of our tent (Isaiah 54:2 y’all! Come on!) as well as being responsible for the fruit falling in our laps. 

Of course, the more this thing grows, and the more time it demands of us (not just making the stuff, but helping the people along who’re processing it and trying to get their families growed up in God’s pattern. We do that online and in person on a weekly basis), we have to pull some income from AW as well. PLEASE know we’re VERY circumspect about that, and have a board of trusted fathers who oversee all our finances. Anyway, Abraham’s Wallet has become a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, allowing you to make tax-deductible gifts and support all this work we’re eager to do.
